We are looking for a Salon Manager with 1–3 years of experience to oversee daily salon operations, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff performance, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should be organized, customer-focused, and capable of maintaining high service and hygiene standards while supporting business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Salon Operations

- Manage day-to-day salon operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently followed.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures and salon readiness.

Staff Management

- Supervise, schedule, and motivate stylists, therapists, and support staff.
- Assist in staff training, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
- Handle staff attendance, leave, and basic HR coordination.

Customer Experience

- Greet clients and ensure a premium salon experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues professionally.
- Maintain client relationships and encourage repeat visits.

Sales & Revenue

- Drive service and product sales through promotions and upselling.
- Monitor daily sales, packages, memberships, and retail product movement.
- Achieve monthly revenue and customer retention targets.

Inventory & Vendor Management

- Monitor stock levels of salon products and consumables.




- Place orders and coordinate with vendors to avoid shortages.
- Minimize wastage and ensure cost control.

Reporting & Administration

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and staff reports.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments, billing, and inventory.
- Coordinate with management on performance and improvement plans.

Marketing Support

- Support salon marketing initiatives, offers, and campaigns.
- Encourage online reviews, referrals, and client feedback.
- Assist with social media coordination (if required).

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 1–3 years experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Stylist with management responsibilities.
- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or Salon Management preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Sales-driven mindset with operational understanding.
- Basic knowledge of billing systems, POS, and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Well-groomed, qualified appearance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
