About the Role

IMTS Institute is looking for a proactive and responsible Courier Operations Intern to manage and coordinate day-to-day courier activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling courier bookings, dispatch coordination, shipment tracking, delivery follow-ups, and maintaining courier records.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily incoming and outgoing courier operations.

Coordinate with courier companies and delivery partners.

Arrange courier pickups and ensure timely dispatch of documents and parcels.

Track shipments and provide regular delivery updates.

Follow up with courier partners regarding delayed or undelivered shipments.

Maintain courier registers, dispatch records, and tracking details.

Verify delivery status and maintain proof of delivery.

Coordinate with internal departments for courier requirements.

Handle courier-related queries and resolve basic delivery issues.

Ensure proper documentation and smooth courier management.





Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive follow-up and time-management skills.

Ability to maintain records and documentation.

Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

Willingness to learn courier and logistics operations.

Eligibility

Graduate or pursuing graduation.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
