GurZac Biz Solutions Private Limited is hiring Purchase Executive for one of its renowned client, a Navi Mumbai based electrical equipment manufacturer specialised into Power Quality & Energy Management Solutions.

Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for overall purchase and procurement management.
- Develop new vendors and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Conduct effective price negotiations to achieve cost targets.
- Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Coordinate effectively with internal and external teams regarding material availability and status.
- Conduct supplier visits to resolve procurement-related issues.
- Maintain transparency, honesty, and integrity in all purchasing activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 to 6 years of experience in direct purchasing of electrical goods/components.
- Candidates with experience in panel building, motor manufacturing, or transformer manufacturing companies will be preferred.
- Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and material planning.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates available for early joining would be preferred
