Role Summary

We are looking for a Configuration Engineer / QA Analyst with hands-on experience in Insurance and Annuity platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product configuration, business rule implementation, workflow validation, testing, integrations, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain insurance and annuity products.
- Implement and validate business rules, workflows, forms, and suitability processes.
- Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.
- Support VTXML configurations, API integrations, and data validation activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business, delivery, and vendor teams throughout the SDLC.




- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage work items using Jira and Azure DevOps.
