URGENT HIRING PURCHASE MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end procurement of non-pharmaceutical products for new retail centre openings and existing stores.
- Procure furniture, fixtures, racks, office equipment, IT hardware, POS machines, CCTV, AC/HVAC, electrical items and signage.
- Identify, develop and negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with Operations, Administration, Finance and Projects teams for store setup and inauguration requirements.
- Manage purchase orders, quotations, vendor contracts, budgets and delivery schedules.




- Ensure all required assets and materials are delivered and installed before centre inaugurations.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 5–10 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
- Strong experience in non-pharma procurement within organised retail.
- Hands-on experience in furniture, fixtures, assets and equipment procurement.
- Experience in current store openings, retail expansion or centre setup.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation and cost-control skills.

Preferred Industries: Pharmacy Retail, Supermarkets, FMCG Retail, Fashion & Lifestyle Retail, Electronics Retail and QSR. Interested candidates can share their updated profiles.
