Role & responsibilities The role is responsible for leading the design management function for mall development, redevelopment, and asset enhancement projects. The incumbent will oversee design coordination, consultant management, tenant integration, and design execution from concept through project completion. This role will ensure that all design deliverables align with business objectives, operational requirements, customer experience goals, budget parameters, and quality standards while supporting the successful delivery of projects.
Preferred candidate profile
15+ years of relevant experience in Retail/ Real Estate/Hospitality/Hospitals/ Premise Management.
Proficiency in design and drafting software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
