IT Support Executive / System Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities

- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software across Windows and Linux environments.
- Install and configure Windows Server 2003, 2008, and 2012, along with Windows 7, 8, 10, and 11 operating systems.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, access permissions, domain environments, and Group Policies.
- Install, configure, and maintain DHCP and DNS services.
- Manage operating system upgrades, software installations, service packs, security patches, and updates.
- Configure and troubleshoot MS Outlook (2007, 2010, and 2016) and other email clients.
- Manage shared network resources, including folders, printers, and other hardware and software resources.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop, network, and IP-based printers.
- Configure and maintain network devices, including Wi-Fi routers, switches, CCTV NVRs, and biometric devices.
- Provide technical support for Oracle application servers running on Windows and basic Oracle 10g application support.
- Coordinate with vendors for server and desktop hardware issues, maintenance, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Provide technical support for LAN, WAN, VPN, internet connectivity, and network-related issues.
- Monitor Internet Leased Line (ILL)



and RF connectivity and coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for issue resolution.
- Provide timely technical support to employees at head office and branch locations through in office and remote desktop support tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and network-related issues.
- Perform regular backups of user data, domain servers, and database servers.
- Support video conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
- Maintain IT hardware and software inventory and manage IT assets.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and provide technical assistance to users across multiple locations.

Preferred Candidate:

- Hands-on experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, System Administration, and Network Troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of Windows Server, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS.
- Knowledge of LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.
- Experience in MS Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Applications / Oracle 10g and NetSuite.
- Knowledge of hardware maintenance, IT asset management, and vendor coordination.
- Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be a Graduate
