Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-technical positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and clients to ensure timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions across various industries.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary expectations and manage offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.




- Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely position closures.

Required Skills

- Experience in non-IT recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Knowledge of job portals and recruitment techniques.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
