Business Vertical: Man-Made Yarns

Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven business leader to build and scale polyester and man-made yarn business across domestic and international markets. The role will be responsible for business strategy, sales, sourcing, team development, customer relationships and profitability.

Product Focus

- Polyester filament yarn: POY, FDY, DTY and specialty filament yarns.
- Polyester spun yarn and polyester-rich blended yarns.
- Nylon filament and other nylon yarns.
- Viscose, modal, lyocell and other man-made cellulosic yarns.
- Recycled, dyed, high-tenacity, specialty and technical yarns, based on market opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Build and lead the polyester and man-made yarn business across domestic and international markets.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales, volume and profitability targets.




- Identify growth opportunities across products, customers and sourcing markets.
- Build relationships with key customers, manufacturers and channel partners.
- Lead sales and sourcing teams and review business performance.
- Monitor market prices, working capital and commercial risks.
- Ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

- 1520 years of experience in polyester or man-made yarn sales, sourcing or business management.
- Solid technical and commercial knowledge of filament, spun, blended and specialty yarns.
- Established relationships with yarn manufacturers, suppliers and customers in India and international markets.
