Key purpose of the Job The Senior - Executive is responsible for implementing the Occupational Health Safety (OHS) standards and compliance requirements for the concerned plant location. Includes implementation of safety processes, monitoring adherence to safety standards by employees and contractors / outsourced staff, safety training, coordinating safety committee meetings and conducting OHS audits for compliance.

Furthermore, the job holder is responsible for execute the vested duties and responsibilities in relation to the Health Safety guidelines, instructions and protocols of the Organization

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for implementation of checklists, inspections and audits of OHS requirements, as per SOPs, statutory and compliance requirements
2. Coordinate plant OHS initiatives, including safety training, safety committee meetings,



reporting / investigation of incidents, PTW implementation, etc.
3. Work with the internal and external stake holders for achievement of plant OHS objectives, including MIS and reporting as per guidelines

Education Diploma in any discipline with Diploma or Certification in Industrial Safety

Experience

3 to 4+ years of experience in the safety function, with understanding of functional statutory, compliance, certification and liaison requirements
