- Own end-to-end shop-floor production planning and execution across Laser Cutting, Bending, TIG Welding, Weld Cleaning, Passivation, Sika Sealant application, Kitting and Packing for the Metro Rail product line.

- Draw up daily/weekly/monthly production plans against the delivery schedule; track OEE, line efficiency and on-time delivery for each process station.

- Act as the primary production-side point of contact for the Customer account - coordinate on schedules, drawing/spec clarifications, quality escalations, and delivery commitments.

- Drive New Product Development (NPD) for recent parts/programs: process routing, first-article inspection, trial builds, PPAP/APQP documentation and production-readiness sign-off.

- Ensure adherence to rail-industry quality and welding standards (EN 15085, IRIS/ISO 22163 where applicable) across TIG welding and fabrication processes.

- Own SS passivation and cleaning process parameters, ensuring corrosion-resistance and surface-finish requirements are consistently met and documented.

- Coordinate kitting and packing to customer packing/dispatch specifications, ensuring traceability and on-time,



defect-free shipments.

- Handle billing activities in SAP - sales order processing, delivery (VL01N), billing document creation (VF01/VF02), invoice-to-dispatch reconciliation, and resolution of billing/documentation queries with the customer.

- Monitor and report scrap, rework, and non-moving inventory linked to the line; drive corrective actions with Quality and Maintenance.

- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA/8D/CAPA) for customer complaints and internal rejections; ensure closure within committed timelines.

- Build and maintain manpower, machine and tooling capacity plans to support ramp-up of production volumes and new part introductions.
