/ Key Responsibilities
1. Experienced in Design Development of BIW Closures from the concept to mass production Design.
2. Design Considering the Package, master sections, styling, vehicle regulation performance.
3. Experience in Door BIW Skin Feasibility check, Hinge axis fixing, Beam/Impact Member Layout fixing and Master sections Creation.
4. Experience in Door BIW 3D modeling (Front Rear Door OTR PNL, INR PNL, Frame ASSY, hinge, latch REINF s, OTR, INR rail, UPR MBR).
5. Design stage interactions with digital designer, package in charge,



electronics teams, door mechanism and other engineering teams.
6. OEM experience in Product Development with experience of complete life cycle.
7. Good knowledge in Sheetmetal design.
8. Communication with onsite and understand the design modification.
9. Should Have Experience with Asian / Japanese Customer.
10. Intermediate checking with cross functional team and check Module level.
11. Need to understand the Design for Manufacturing (DFM).
12. Guide team on continuous quality improvement.
13. Discussion with Onsite customer and align Maturation with Project schedule.
14. Knowledge on Door Regulation for Asian and European market.
15. Worked in latest two complete life cycle of Door design.
16. Knowledge on Product Quality, Product Finance, and cost.
17. Have Experience in supplier selection based on complexity and tool cost.
18. Valuable knowledge in Stamping process.
19. 3D,2D and 3DA experience in Catia V5 Catia V6.
20. Should understand the weld gun layout, Layout Check sheet.
