Job Responsibilities

- Responsible for day-to-day operation and process control of the Aluminium Profile Anodizing Line.

- Monitor and control degreasing, etching, desmutting, anodizing, colouring and sealing processes.

- Control critical parameters such as chemical concentration, pH, temperature, current density, voltage, anodizing time and conductivity.

- Ensure proper profile loading, jigging, electrical contact and material movement through the anodizing line.

- Monitor rectifiers, cooling systems, pumps, tanks, heaters, agitators and circulation systems.

- Conduct and monitor chemical bath analysis and ensure timely chemical dosing/replenishment.

- Monitor anodized profile quality including coating thickness, colour/shade, surface finish, gloss and sealing quality.

- Troubleshoot anodizing defects such as colour variation, burning, stains, white spots, poor sealing, low coating thickness and surface defects.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Tooling teams to resolve process and equipment issues.

- Monitor and control RO/DM water quality, TDS, conductivity and water consumption.

- Coordinate with ETP/ZLD teams for proper treatment and recycling of anodizing wastewater.

- Monitor production output, rejection, scrap,



chemical consumption and water consumption.

- Prepare and review daily production, process parameter, chemical analysis, rejection and downtime reports.

- Supervise operators and technicians and ensure proper manpower allocation and discipline.

- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, safety procedures and environmental requirements.

- Support recent product/profile trials and process development.

- Implement 5S, Kaizen, process improvement, water conservation and chemical cost-reduction activities.
