This role should own the end-to-end delivery plan across identity, endpoint, security, and network workstreams. A comparable Intune/endpoint PM role covers coordinating upgrades, migrations, cloud initiatives, identity and access projects, endpoint management programs, and security tool implementations.

Scope

- Own the consolidated roadmap, milestones, RAID log, dependencies, resource plan, and executive reporting.
- Manage the identity and automation project: HR-to-Active Directory metadata synchronization and replacement of email distribution lists with an HR-driven, UKG-synchronized dynamic distribution-list solution.
- Manage the endpoint and security program: Sophos-to-CrowdStrike migration, Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades, Windows 11 25H2 rollout, and Intune/Entra ID cloud-native endpoint transition.
- Coordinate network and infrastructure initiatives: firewall firmware upgrades with AireSpring, EU network readiness for SAP, and NADC automation-line network changes.
- Coordinate AWS and CI/CD work from a delivery perspective: workplace readiness, change windows, deployment approvals, rollback plans,



security/compliance sign-off, and cross-team dependencies.
- Manage vendors and internal teams, including HR/UKG, Microsoft, CrowdStrike, AireSpring, SAP/network teams, and any AWS/DevOps partners.
- Define success metrics: migration completion, device compliance, identity-sync accuracy, distribution-list coverage, patch/OS compliance, firewall upgrade completion, and network-change success.

Required experience

- 5–8+ years managing IT infrastructure, security, endpoint, identity, or cloud transformation programs.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows lifecycle management, and endpoint-security migrations.
- Familiarity with AWS services and CI/CD delivery concepts; not necessarily hands-on engineering, but able to manage deployment pipelines, environments, and technical dependencies.
- Vendor and stakeholder management across HR systems, security vendors, network providers, and infrastructure teams.
- Certifications are plus

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
