Job Description:
roles and responsibilities for Sr. Team Member
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and food items as per company standards.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and service quality standards.
- Monitor daily cafe operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Support the Cafe Manager in supervising Team Members.
- Assist in stock monitoring and inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, kitchen and service areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
