Experience: Minimum 3–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
Job Location: Kerala - TCR / As per project requirements
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in MEP and Fire Fighting projects.
Positive knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and measurement.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and layouts.
Experience in preparing material quantity calculations and cost estimates.
Knowledge of Fire Fighting systems, including:
Fire Hydrant System
Sprinkler System
Fire Alarm System
Fire Pump Room
Fire Suppression Systems
Knowledge of MEP services, including HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
