Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, including packing and dispatch coordination, billing, data entry, and basic accounting activities. The candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good numerical skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Packing & Dispatch

- Coordinate daily packing and dispatch activities.
- Prepare dispatch documents and delivery challans.
- Verify product quantities before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams.

2. Billing

- Prepare sales invoices and bills.
- Assist in preparing delivery challans and other billing documents.
- Verify invoice details, quantities, and rates.

3. Data Entry & Documentation

- Maintain daily records and update data in Excel.
- Enter sales, dispatch, and billing details into the system.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.

4. Basic Accounting Support

- Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Maintain purchase and sales records.




- Support the accounts team with routine accounting tasks.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
- Knowledge of billing and invoicing is an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Com graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
- Basic computer and numerical skills are required.
- Candidates interested in office administration, billing, and dispatch operations are preferred.

Salary & Advantages

- Monthly Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Experience: Fresher / 0–6 Months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
