Samriddhi Capital, a Chennai-based lending firm, is looking for a Collection and Recovery Executive to handle document collection and verification, field address checks, and loan collections.

Responsibilities

- Collect KYC and loan documents from borrowers and guarantors
- Verify documents for authenticity, completeness, and consistency with application details
- Physically verify residence and business addresses and submit reports with photos
- Follow up with borrowers by phone and in person to collect EMIs and overdue dues
- Negotiate repayment plans within company guidelines
- Maintain records of documents, collections, and follow-ups
- Report daily collections and verification status to management

Requirements

- Chennai candidates only, preferably living within reach of Vadapalani




- Fluent Tamil and working knowledge of English
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence (mandatory)
- Attention to detail and good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel daily across Chennai and surrounding areas
