Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Structural Head to lead structural design, engineering calculations, technical planning and structural execution activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing structural projects, reviewing drawings, ensuring structural safety and coordinating with architects, civil engineers, site teams and clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

1.Lead and manage all structural design and engineering activities.

2.Prepare, review and approve structural drawings, designs and calculations.

3.Handle structural analysis and design of buildings, precast structures and other construction projects.

4.Ensure structural designs comply with applicable IS codes and safety standards.

5.Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, project managers and site execution teams.

6.Review site conditions and resolve structural and technical issues.

7.Guide and supervise structural engineers and technical team members.

8.Check reinforcement details, RCC drawings, foundation designs and structural specifications.

9.Provide technical support for NBP products, including EPS Panels, NB Facade and Precast Products, wherever applicable.

10.Coordinate with production and site teams for technical feasibility and execution.

11.Review BOQs, material specifications and structural requirements.





12.Conduct site visits and ensure work is executed as per approved structural drawings.

13.Identify design-related risks and suggest suitable engineering solutions.

14.Manage project documentation, design approvals and technical reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering; M.Tech in Structural Engineering preferred.

•Minimum 5–8 years of relevant structural engineering experience.

•Strong knowledge of RCC, steel structures and structural design.

•Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS or equivalent.

•Good understanding of IS codes, structural analysis and design calculations.

•Robust technical leadership and team management skills.

•Ability to coordinate with site, production and project teams.
