Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing & Client Relationship Executive to expand our client base, market our wedding decor designs and manage client relationships from the initial enquiry to order confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Field Marketing & Lead Generation

* Visit wedding venues, convention centres, marriage halls and event locations to identify potential clients and business opportunities.

* Build relationships with venue managers, wedding planners, event organisers and other industry professionals.

* Identify new avenues to generate wedding decor enquiries and acquire clients.

* Actively promote Shara Petals and showcase our portfolio to potential clients.

2. Design Presentation & Client Handling

* Meet prospective clients and understand their wedding decor requirements, preferences and budgets.

* Present creative wedding stage designs, mandap concepts and previous project portfolios.

* Explain our design offerings, services and packages to clients.

* Follow up with enquiries, negotiate requirements and convert prospective leads into confirmed orders.

3. Client Relationship Management





* Handle clients professionally throughout the enquiry and booking process.

* Maintain regular communication and ensure a smooth client experience.

* Coordinate design discussions, revisions, quotations and order confirmations.

4. Internal Team Coordination

* Coordinate with the design, production and execution teams to communicate client requirements.

* Ensure all confirmed design details and client expectations are properly communicated internally.

* Follow up on project progress and ensure smooth coordination between clients and the execution team.

Skills & Requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Good marketing, negotiation and client-handling abilities.

* Presentable, confident and proactive personality.

* Interest in weddings, event management, decor and creative designs.

* Willingness to travel locally for venue visits and client meetings.

* Ability to generate leads, follow up consistently and close sales.

* Basic computer skills and familiarity with WhatsApp and social media.

Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, sales, client servicing or event management preferred. Freshers with excellent communication and sales abilities may also apply.

Job Type: Full time

Location: Coimbatore /Erode

Ideal Candidate: Someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, exploring new business opportunities and has the confidence to present creative ideas and convert enquiries into successful bookings.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
