About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day backend operations of our online marketplaces for our jewellery brand. The role will primarily involve handling incoming orders from platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces, ensuring timely order processing, packaging, invoice generation and coordination with delivery partners for smooth order dispatch.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Comfortable working with online portals and computer-based applications.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple orders and complete tasks within deadlines.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
- Prior knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or other seller portals will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor incoming orders across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other e-commerce platforms.
- Verify order details and ensure all orders are processed accurately within the stipulated timelines.
- Update order statuses and complete the necessary steps on respective marketplace seller portals.
- Generate and download invoices,



shipping labels, bills and other required order documents.
- Take printouts of invoices, labels and bills and ensure they are correctly matched with the respective products.
- Coordinate and manage the packing of products, ensuring proper packaging and readiness for dispatch.
- Coordinate with marketplace logistics partners, courier companies and pickup executives for timely order collection.
- Ensure all packed orders are handed over to the respective pickup partners within the scheduled timelines.
- Track order dispatches and follow up on pending pickups, delayed shipments and other operational issues.
- Maintain proper records of daily orders, dispatches, cancellations, returns and other order-related activities.
- Handle basic backend operational issues and coordinate with the concerned team whenever required.
- Ensure the overall order fulfilment process runs smoothly, efficiently and without delays.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and comfortable managing operational tasks. The candidate should be willing to take ownership of the entire order fulfilment process, from receiving an order on the market.
