Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime.

- Manage GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS and ITC reconciliation.

- Maintain purchase, sales, bank, cash and ledger accounts.

- Manage inventory accounting (Raw Material, WIP and Finished Goods).

- Handle stock reconciliation of lithium-ion cells, BMS and other components.

- Prepare BOM-based product costing and manufacturing cost reports.

- Monitor customer outstanding, vendor payments and cash flow.

- Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet and MIS reports.

- Coordinate with CA, statutory auditors and CS for compliance and audit.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Tally Prime and Advanced Excel.

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation.

- Experience in manufacturing and inventory accounting.

- Knowledge of product costing and stock reconciliation.

- Ability to independently manage accounts and financial reporting.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in manufacturing, automobile, electrical, electronics or battery assembly companies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
