Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist will provide assessment and therapy services to children with diverse communication needs in an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering child-led, play-based speech and language therapy sessions. The role involves supporting children who use or may benefit from GLP-informed approaches and AAC systems, collaborating with families and caregivers to promote functional communication at home and school.

The Speech Language





Pathologist will maintain clear documentation, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed. Additional responsibilities include participating in team discussions, contributing to parent education, and engaging in ongoing career development related to GLP and AAC.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech, with experience providing evidence-based interventions for children.
- Candidates should possess skills in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders across a variety of developmental profiles.
- Candidates should possess skills in identifying and managing Dysphagia, including safe swallowing practices when relevant to the caseload.
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Speech-Language Pathology, with appropriate licensure/registration as required.
- Experience or strong interest in Gestalt Language Processing and AAC, with a commitment to child-led, neurodiversity-affirming practice.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with families, educators, and other professionals, and to communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability in documentation and follow-up, and openness to supervision, feedback, and continuous learning.
