Ensure timely and accurate line feeding of materials from stores to the production/assembly line as per production requirements.

Coordinate with the stores and production teams to ensure uninterrupted material availability at the assembly line.

Monitor material availability and ensure replenishment of line-side inventory as per defined schedules.

Ensure proper material handling, identification, storage, and movement to prevent damage, shortages, and misplacement.

Maintain accurate records of material issuance, consumption, and replenishment in the system.

Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and other prescribed inventory management practices.

Conduct regular stock verification and support cycle counting to maintain inventory accuracy.

Ensure adherence to safety standards, 5S practices, and company policies during material handling and line feeding operations.

Identify and escalate material shortages, discrepancies, and delays to the concerned teams for timely resolution.

Ensure compliance with defined SLAs, KPIs, and operational procedures to support smooth production activities.
