The RM Services Manager leads more than one service area or regional team of RM. Professionals to deliver RM services in alignment with TS mission and overall deployment strategy.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Manager, Deployment on the Talent Services team, you will be responsible for leading resource management delivery, stakeholder support, and process execution for the assigned business area.

- Lead a service area or regional resource management team to execute staffing and deployment processes aligned to Talent Services priorities and business needs
- Serve as a primary advisor to business leaders and stakeholders on staffing, deployment, workforce planning, and resource management priorities
- Oversee day-to-day team activities, monitor productivity, and support delivery against service expectations and business plans
- Analyze workforce trends, demand forecasts, utilization, and deployment metrics to identify gaps, risks, and actions needed
- Drive collaboration, governance, and process improvement across resource management teams, business stakeholders, and support functions

The team Talent Services (TS), a channel of the Deloitte Talent organization within the Enabling Areas business, deliver a breadth of Talent services through an innovative and customer-centric shared services model. The TS vision is to make a global impact through a distinctive Talent experience. The operating principles are to be bold in everything we do, own the experience and seize every moment to grow.

TS focuses on delivery of both strategic and transactional services, either directly for the Deloitte businesses or in support of the Talent Business Advisors and Talent Centers of Excellence (CoE’s).

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in resource management, deployment, talent operations, human resources, or workforce operations
- Experience leading a service area, regional team, or people managers
- Experience using staffing, utilization, capacity, or workforce planning metrics to support business decisions
- Experience presenting updates, plans, or recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications

Preferred:
- Experience supporting Tax or professional services operations
- Experience collaborating with US and US India stakeholders
- Experience leading process improvement, service optimization, or automation initiatives
- Experience with talent operating model, staffing, or deployment processes
