Key Responsibilities
1. Handle customer queries, inquiries, and complaints in a professional manner
2. Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation
3. Manage sales and service orders through ERP / SAP systems
4. Prepare, daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS and analytical reports
5. Assist in SAP operations and quotation preparation
Skill Requirement
1. Good English communication
2. Strong analytics and interpersonal skills
3. Proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PPT)
4. Valuable coordination and problem-solving abilities
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
