Location: Bengaluru / Pan-India (In-Center, Luxury Hospitality, or Client Home-Visit / Travel Options) Work Mode: Full-Time / Part-Time / On-Call Consultant Experience Required: 0–5+ Years (Certified Freshers & Experienced Practitioners Welcome) Compensation: Competitive Fixed Salary + Per-Session Incentives + Travel/Accommodation Allowances (where applicable) About the Role We are seeking skilled, compassionate, and well-groomed Spa & Wellness Therapists to deliver rejuvenating body therapies, stress-relief treatments, and holistic wellness rituals. Working within a professional therapeutic and hospitality environment, you will assess client wellness needs and administer customized treatments that promote physical recovery, myofascial relaxation, and nervous system balance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Therapeutic Bodywork & Spa Treatments

- Perform a range of Western and traditional Eastern modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Aromatherapy, Balinese, Thai Dry Therapy, and Reflexology.
- Administer traditional Indian wellness and Ayurvedic therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Potli/Kizhi massage, and herbal body wraps or scrubs.
- Customize pressure, technique,



and essential oil blends based on each guest's physical condition, muscle tension, and therapeutic goals.

2. Client Consultation & Care

- Conduct pre-treatment intake consultations to review client medical histories, pain points, stress levels, and contraindications.
- Guide guests through post-treatment hydration, stretching, breathing exercises, and home self-care routines.
- Maintain strict client confidentiality, professional boundaries, and five-star hospitality etiquette at all times.

3. Hygiene, Sanctuary Prep & Inventory

- Prepare treatment rooms prior to every session, ensuring optimal lighting, acoustics, temperature, aromatherapy diffusion, and fresh linens.
- Uphold rigorous sanitation and sterilization protocols for all spa equipment, hot stones, herbal compresses, and therapy beds.
- Monitor and restock massage oils, herbal formulations, and spa consumables, reporting inventory needs to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Certification: 10th [SSLC], PUC [12th] Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Cosmetology, Panchakarma/Ayurvedic Therapy, or Holistic Bodywork (NSDC / B&WSSC;, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or recognized Ayurvedic/Wellness institute preferred).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
