- Client Coordinator to join our growing wellness team. Mobile app based funcioning. This role combines client telecalling/appointment scheduling with providing certified spa treatments at our wellness center and through scheduled home visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Telecalling &
- Customer Relations:
Handle inbound/outbound client calls, explain spa packages, confirm bookings, and follow up with clients for feedback.
- Therapy &
- Wellness Services:
Administer skilled massage and body treatments (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy) adhering strictly to hygiene and industry standards.
- Home Spa Visits: Travel to verified residential client bookings with portable spa kits and equipment to provide scheduled home wellness services.
- Consultation: Understand client wellness needs, stress areas, and counter-indications prior to beginning sessions.
- Hygiene &
- Safety:
Maintain sterilization of tools, clean linens, and strictly follow salon standard operating procedures (SOPs).
