Qualifications

- Ability to provide professional spa and wellness treatments, with training or certification in massage therapy or related disciplines.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to interact courteously and effectively with diverse guests.
- Basic administrative and reception skills, including appointment scheduling, phone handling, and record-keeping.
- Attention to detail and hygiene, ensuring clean, safe, and well-prepared treatment and reception areas.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team, manage time efficiently, and maintain a calm, skilled demeanor under pressure.
- Prior experience in spa, hospitality, or wellness environments is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in Kolkata.
