Scope of Work

- Transcribe audio samples with precision, accurately capturing both Spanish and English content as required.
- Review, edit, and proofread transcriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and linguistic accuracy.
- Annotate audio files with relevant metadata and contextual notes to enhance AI training datasets.
- Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify assignment guidelines and adapt to evolving project specifications.
- Deliver completed transcription assignments within established timelines and meet or exceed quality benchmarks.
- Provide constructive feedback on workflow processes, tool usability, and any linguistic challenges encountered during assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish, with advanced comprehension of both spoken and written Spanish.
- Professional experience in audio transcription,



particularly where high accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
- Demonstrated commitment to producing high-quality language data and maintaining rigorous quality standards.
- Familiarity with industry-standard transcription platforms or tools.
- Robust skills in both written and verbal communication, including the ability to document findings and clarify ambiguities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments and adapt to changing project needs.
- Previous experience in AI training, data annotation, or language resource development is a plus.
