Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Quality Engineering professional with strong expertise in automation testing using Playwright and TypeScript/JavaScript. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks and ensuring quality across web applications and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright.
- Build and enhance automation frameworks using TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Perform UI automation testing for web applications.
- Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines.
- Perform API testing and automation.
- Identify, report, track, and validate defects.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams in Agile environments.
- Execute regression, smoke,



functional, and end-to-end testing.
- Analyze test execution results and improve automation coverage.
- Participate in code reviews and automation framework enhancements.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Playwright.
- Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Experience in UI automation and end-to-end testing.
- Valuable understanding of automation framework design.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Knowledge of API testing and REST services.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Good to Have
- Experience with Selenium or Cypress.
- Exposure to Docker and cloud-based testing.
- Experience with performance or accessibility testing.
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
