MailerMen is looking for a Software Engineer / SDE to join our growing Noida engineering group. You will design, build and maintain software features across our products, writing clean, tested code and collaborating in an agile team. You will start with guided tasks and gradually take ownership of features under senior mentorship. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Noida office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.

Department: Engineering Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

- Write clean, readable and maintainable code.
- Work with APIs, databases and frontend or backend components.




- Refactor legacy modules for readability and testability.
- Develop and maintain application features under senior guidance.
- Participate in code reviews and sprint planning.
- Learn system design and software engineering best practices.
- Contribute to shared libraries and internal tools.
- Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.
- Positive to have: Spring Boot, Java, Kafka, Node.js, Redis, Docker
