You Are

Your Experience Includes

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with Java, Python, Typescript or any other stack (full stack preferred).
- Demonstrated track record leading technical initiatives that span multiple engineers or systems
- Deep expertise in frontend and/or backend technologies relevant to OneTrusts platform, including cloud architecture experience
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code , Cursor, Codex , Devin, Windsurf, or similar) in a professional setting, with genuine enthusiasm for applying AI to accelerate delivery
- Experience implementing and operating internal developer portals such as Backstage
