We’re Hiring: Senior Backend / Cloud-Native Engineer (Go / Microservices)

What you’ll be doing:

- Design, build, and maintain high-throughput backend services using Go (Golang) .
- Architect and scale containerized Microservices communicating via gRPC, REST, and event streaming (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Troubleshoot and optimize service performance on Linux environments (profiling with pprof, diagnosing memory/CPU bottlenecks).
- Collaborate across polyglot systems and support integration with existing services.

Key Requirements:

- Must Have: Strong hands-on experience in Go (Golang) , concurrent programming (goroutines, channels), and microservices architecture.
- Must Have: Proficient in Linux environments, container tooling (Docker/Podman), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Valuable to Have: Working knowledge of Java (Spring Boot) or Python (FastAPI/scripting).
- Experience with Kubernetes, distributed tracing (OpenTelemetry), and SQL/NoSQL databases is a big plus.
