Role & responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, technical leads, and QA engineers. •
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and career development discussions.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing engineering culture.
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, and sprint execution.

Software Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.
- Drive software architecture decisions for scalable cloud solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and software quality.
- Review technical designs and participate in code reviews.

Azure Cloud
- Design and manage cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Implement scalable, secure, and highly available Azure solutions.
- Work with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, Azure Service Bus, Azure Key Vault, Azure Monitor, and Azure DevOps.
- Optimize cloud performance, reliability, and operational costs.

DevOps & CI/CD




- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Automate deployment and infrastructure provisioning.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform preferred).
- Monitor production environments and ensure system reliability.

Security & Compliance
- Ensure applications comply with organizational security policies.
- Implement authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Support audit, governance, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives

Preferred candidate

- 10-15 years of experience in software development with at least 3-5 years leading engineering teams.
- Robust hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure SQL Database, Azure Storage, and Azure Service Bus.
- Extensive experience in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core Web API, and Microservices Architecture.
- Proven experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Strong background in Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and DevOps practices.
