Job Summary

Reliant Group of Institutions is looking for a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to enhance students' communication abilities, confidence, personality and professional behaviour.

The candidate will be responsible for conducting structured soft skills training, developing students' interview-handling abilities, implementing a systematic Interview Readiness & Assessment Programme, and preparing candidates to confidently face corporate recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Soft Skills Training & Personality Development

- Conduct training sessions on communication skills, spoken English, public speaking and professional etiquette.
- Develop students' confidence, interpersonal skills, presentation abilities and workplace behaviour.
- Train students in group discussions, corporate communication and professional grooming.

Identify individual skill gaps and provide personalised training and guidance.

Structured Interview Preparation & Assessment

- Design and implement a structured Interview Readiness & Assessment Programme.
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate students' communication, confidence, body language and interview skills.
- Train students in self-introduction, resume presentation, HR interviews, technical interviews and competency-based questions.
- Conduct structured interview simulations based on actual corporate recruitment procedures.
- Evaluate candidates using standardised assessment criteria and scoring sheets.
- Provide individual feedback and corrective training based on assessment results.
- Conduct stage-wise reassessments to measure improvement and determine interview readiness.
- Maintain individual student performance records and interview-readiness reports.

Student Mentoring & Career Guidance

- Guide students in resume preparation and cover letter writing.




- Provide guidance on job-search strategies and professional expectations.
- Help students understand corporate recruitment procedures and interview requirements.
- Monitor individual student development and training progress.
- Motivate students to actively participate in training and self-improvement activities.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain training attendance, student assessment scores and performance records.
- Prepare individual interview-readiness reports and improvement trackers.
- Submit periodic reports on student training progress and assessment outcomes.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English, Communication or a related discipline.
- Certifications in Soft Skills Training, Train the Trainer (TTT), or Career Development will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

- 4-5 years of experience in soft skills training, corporate training, student development or career guidance.
- Prior experience in conducting structured interview preparation and assessment programmes is preferred.
- Experience in training students or fresh graduates for corporate interviews will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong teaching, presentation and mentoring abilities.
- Good understanding of corporate interview procedures.
- Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital teaching platforms.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Improvement in students' communication and soft skills.
- Completion of the structured interview preparation programme.
- Student performance improvement across assessment stages.
- Percentage of students achieving the prescribed interview-readiness standards.
- Quality of individual feedback and mentoring.
- Timely maintenance of training and assessment records.

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
