We are looking for a passionate, confident, and enthusiastic Soft Skills & Communication Trainer to help students improve their communication abilities, personality, confidence, and professional skills.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting interactive training sessions, practical activities, and career-readiness programs to prepare students for interviews and corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Train students in English Communication and Spoken English.
- Conduct Personality Development and Confidence Building sessions.
- Improve students' verbal and written communication skills.
- Teach Public Speaking and Presentation Skills.
- Conduct Group Discussions and Interactive Activities.
- Develop Leadership, Teamwork, and Collaboration Skills.
- Train students in Time Management and Problem-Solving Skills.
- Provide Interview Preparation and Mock Interview sessions.
- Teach Resume Preparation and Qualified Self-Introduction.
- Train students in Corporate Etiquette and Workplace Behaviour.
- Conduct Role Plays, Team Activities, and Communication Exercises.
- Evaluate student performance and maintain training progress reports.

Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- Confident personality and positive attitude.
- Strong teaching, mentoring, and student-handling abilities.




- Ability to conduct interactive and engaging training sessions.
- Good classroom management and time management skills.
- Passion for teaching and developing students' careers.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Candidates from English, Arts, Management, or related backgrounds are preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and presentation skills are welcome.
- Previous teaching, training, or corporate experience will be an added advantage.
