About the Role

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Soft Skills Trainer who has excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. The candidate should be capable of conducting live training sessions, taking mock interviews and developing structured soft skills courses for students, fresh graduates and working professionals.

The ideal candidate should be good at interacting with people, building professional relationships and helping learners improve their confidence and workplace readiness.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online training sessions, workshops and webinars on soft skills.
- Develop courses, training modules, presentations, assignments and learning materials.
- Train students in communication skills, spoken English, public speaking and personality development.
- Conduct mock interviews, HR interview preparation and group discussion sessions.
- Train learners in interpersonal skills, teamwork, relationship management and workplace etiquette.
- Teach conflict management, leadership,



emotional intelligence and professional behaviour.
- Help students prepare for campus placements and corporate interviews.
- Create engaging educational videos and recorded training content.
- Interact effectively with students, trainers, colleges and industry professionals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Good interviewing skills and the ability to conduct mock interviews.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and manage skilled relationships.
- Ability to handle students, understand their concerns and guide them effectively.
- Experience in teaching, training, course development or personality development.
- Ability to independently create and deliver structured courses.
- Good command of English; Hindi proficiency is an advantage.

Work Location: Remote

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
