Wishes and Blessings, a Noida-based NGO is seeking a creative, enthusiastic and digitally skilled Social Media Officer who can help strengthen our online presence, create engaging content and promote our initiatives across various digital platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and regularly update the organisation's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Quora.
- Plan and create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, videos, stories and captions.
- Develop monthly social media calendars and ensure regular posting across various digital platforms.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase awareness, audience engagement and online reach.
- Plan, run and monitor paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Support digital fundraising campaigns, events and awareness programmes through creative online promotions.
- Explore influencer collaborations, online partnerships and other opportunities to increase the organisation's visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats and digital marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with teams to collect information, photographs,



videos and updates from the organisation's programmes and activities.
- Provide social media coverage of events and activities.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in digital media, social media management, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), or content creation (NGO experience preferred).
- Solid storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, analytics tools, SEO, and social media platforms.
- Knowledge of paid campaign strategy, audience targeting, and optimization.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools).

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.

Salary 25-35K depending upon experience and knowledge. Pls note Agencies are NOT eligible to apply.
