- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content as per the content calendar.
- Handle audience engagement, comments, and messages.
- Coordinate with internal teams for content requirements.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Support marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and promotions.
- Maintain brand consistency and healthcare communication standards.
