Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

- Plan, create and manage monthly content calendars.

- Handle daily posting of reels, stories, carousels, creatives and videos.

- Develop engaging content related to skincare, haircare, hair transplants, aesthetic treatments and wellness services.

- Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, video editors, doctors and clinic teams for content creation.

- Manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement and audience reach.

- Monitor social media performance, followers, engagement, reach and lead generation.

- Identify trending topics, reels, hashtags and digital marketing opportunities.

- Manage online brand reputation and ensure timely responses to comments and messages.

- Analyse competitors and implement innovative content strategies.

- Prepare weekly and monthly social media performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism or a relevant field.

- 2–5 years of experience in social media management.





- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

- Excellent content writing, communication and creative skills.

- Knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools.

- Experience in planning and executing social media campaigns.

- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

- Ability to create engaging reels and short-form video content.

- Prior experience in the beauty, skincare, healthcare, aesthetics or wellness industry will be an added advantage.

- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of current social media trends.

- Ability to independently manage multiple social media platforms.

- Solid coordination and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹74,000.00 per month
