1. Ideal Candidate Profile A performance-driven Social Media Distribution Expert who specializes in distributing already-created content across multiple social media platforms to maximize reach, views, engagement, and follower growth.

The candidate must have hands-on experience in content distribution, platform algorithms, audience growth, and social media analytics.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Distribute existing content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Publish and optimize Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and other social media formats.
- Repurpose a single content piece into multiple platform-specific formats.
- Optimize captions, hashtags, keywords, thumbnails, and posting timings.
- Identify strategies to improve organic reach, views, watch time, engagement, and followers.
- Monitor platform algorithms and adapt distribution strategies accordingly.
- Track performance metrics, including views, reach, watch time, shares, saves, and engagement.
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements for future distribution.
- Ensure consistent publishing across all relevant social media channels.

1. Must-Have Skills

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on social media distribution experience.
- Robust understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and short-form video platforms.
- Proven ability to increase organic reach, views, engagement, and followers.




- Knowledge of social media algorithms and content discoverability.
- Experience in content repurposing and cross-platform distribution.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media insights and analytics.
- Ability to optimize existing content for different platforms and audiences.
