We are looking for a confident, creative, and self-driven On-Camera Content Creator who will become one of the faces of our brand across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.

Role Overview The candidate will be responsible for creating and presenting engaging video content while independently managing the complete content production lifecycle — from researching topics and writing scripts to appearing on camera, shooting, editing, and publishing videos.

The candidate must be comfortable facing the camera and regularly presenting videos. This is a key requirement, not an optional responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Camera Presentation

- Regularly appear in videos as the presenter and face of the brand.
- Present educational videos, career guidance, industry updates, technology trends, and promotional content.
- Explain concepts in a simple, engaging, and conversational manner.
- Create talking-head videos, reels, interviews, discussions, and educational explainers.
- Develop a confident and engaging on-screen personality.

2. Content Research & Ideation

- Research trending topics related to education, careers, technology, AI, Product Management, Data Science, and professional upskilling.
- Identify viral content formats and relevant industry trends.
- Generate fresh and engaging video ideas.
- Prepare scripts, hooks, storytelling formats, and CTAs.
- Plan weekly and monthly content calendars.

3. Video Shooting & Production





- Independently handle video shoots, including camera, lighting, microphone, and basic setup.
- Record talking-head videos, interviews, educational content, and promotional videos.
- Manage shooting schedules and maintain video production quality.

4. Video Editing

- Edit long-form YouTube videos.
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
- Add subtitles, transitions, animations, background music, sound effects, and graphics.
- Create engaging thumbnails and video covers.
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short-form videos.

5. Social Media Publishing

- Upload and publish content on YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Write engaging captions, titles, descriptions, and hashtags.
- Maintain a consistent daily posting schedule.
- Schedule content in advance.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, views, and reach.

6. Performance & Growth

- Track content performance and identify successful formats.
- Experiment with different presentation styles, hooks, and video concepts.
- Continuously improve video quality, presentation, and audience engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable and confident appearing in front of the camera.
- Ability to speak naturally and engage an audience.
- Strong video shooting and editing skills.
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube content formats.
- Basic knowledge of scripting, storytelling,



and social media marketing.
- Ability to independently manage the complete content creation process.
- Creative mindset, ownership, and willingness to experiment.

Valuable to Have
- Experience hosting a YouTube channel or Instagram page.
- Experience creating educational or personal-brand content.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, and motion graphics.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
- Basic understanding of YouTube SEO and social media analytics.

- Daily short-form videos for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Regular long-form YouTube videos.
- On-camera educational, informational, and promotional content.
- Daily content planning and publishing.
- Thumbnails, captions, titles, and descriptions.
- Weekly content calendar and performance report.

Important: This is an end-to-end, on-camera content creation role. Candidates who only have video editing experience but are not comfortable appearing in videos should not apply.
