About Donna Belle

Donna Belle, a prfemium fin-dine restaurant in Guwahati, is looking for an experienced, creative, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to strengthen its digital presence, enhance brand visibility, and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and oversee the restaurant's social media platforms, primarily Instagram, LinkdIn, and other Meta Platforms.

· Develop and execute effective social media strategies.

· Plan and manage monthly content calendars.

· Create engaging reels, stories, posts, promotional creatives, and campaigns.

· Coordinate professional food photography and videography.

· Develop campaigns for special occasions, events, festivals, and restaurant promotions.

· Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

· Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and analytics.

· Identify emerging trends and implement cutting-edge content strategies.





· Coordinate with the restaurant management and operations teams for content planning and execution.

Eligibility & Requirements

· Preferred 2 years of proven experience in social media management.

· Prior experience in the restaurant, hospitality, or F&B; industry will be preferred.

· Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and digital marketing strategies.

· Excellent content creation, copywriting, and creative planning skills.

· Proficiency in Canva and video-editing applications.

· Experience in managing brand accounts and executing promotional campaigns.

· Ability to independently manage social media operations and deliver measurable results.

· Candidates must share their previous work portfolio or links to accounts managed.

Compensation

₹22,000 to ₹25,000 per month
