About the role

Scalabox Technologies is looking for a creative all-rounder who can plan, write, design, and edit content from idea to published post. You’ll manage our social media presence, write scripts and content, create graphics, and produce videos that build our brand and bring in leads.

What you’ll do

->Plan, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

->Build and follow a monthly content calendar

->Track reach, engagement, and growth, and share monthly reports

->Respond to comments and messages and keep the brand voice consistent

->Edit reels, shorts, promos, explainers, and testimonial videos (cuts, captions, transitions, music)

->Shoot basic video content when needed

->Write scripts for short videos, ads, and explainers, with strong hooks and transparent calls to action

->Turn briefs into shot-by-shot scripts and storyboards

->Write blogs, website copy, social captions, email content, and ad copy

->Apply basic SEO: keywords, meta titles and descriptions, and headings

->Research industry topics, competitors, and trends





->Design social media posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, brochures, and presentations

->Keep all visuals consistent with brand guidelines

What we’re looking for

->1-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, design, or video editing

->Strong written English and storytelling skills

->Proficiency in Canva and at least one video editor (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro)

->Working knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator (Figma is a plus)

->Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and basic social media analytics

->A portfolio that shows work in more than one of these areas

->Creativity, ownership, and the ability to meet deadlines across several projects

Good to have

->After Effects or motion graphics

->WordPress experience

->AI tools for content, ideation, and design

->Experience with B2B, IT, or SaaS content

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
