Mystify is seeking a talented and creative Social Media Executive to join our growing digital media operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of American entertainment, celebrity culture, sports, pop culture, and current affairs, alongside hands-on experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content for digital audiences.

This role will involve managing social media operations for our U.S.-focused entertainment and digital media brands, creating platform-specific content, identifying emerging trends, and contributing to audience engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day social media operations across Facebook, Instagram, X, Threads, Reddit, and Pinterest.
- Create, curate, schedule, and publish engaging content for assigned brands.
- Stay updated with U.S. entertainment, celebrity news, sports, pop culture, and trending conversations.
- Identify viral trends and real-time content opportunities relevant to American audiences.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and social media copy.
- Adapt content strategies to suit different platforms and audience preferences.
- Monitor engagement, reach, impressions,



and other relevant performance metrics.
- Research competitors and identify opportunities to improve content performance.
- Collaborate with editorial, creative, and growth teams to execute social media strategies.
- Contribute creative ideas and initiatives to increase audience growth and brand visibility.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital content operations.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. entertainment, celebrity culture, sports, and pop culture.
- Hands-on familiarity with major social media platforms.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement, and content trends.
- Experience with Canva and basic Adobe creative tools.
- Robust creative writing, communication, and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
