Role: Social Media executive

We are looking for someone who is creative, digitally savvy, and execution-focused, with the ability to turn ideas and trends into engaging content. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and take ownership of growing Caimera.ai’s social media presence.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

- Manage day-to-day activities across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging posts, carousels, reels, stories, captions, and other social media assets.
- Stay updated on trending formats, audio, memes, hashtags, and emerging social media trends relevant to fashion and AI.
- Communicate Caimera.ai’s product capabilities, use cases, and brand narrative through compelling content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, and engage with followers to build an active online community.




- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, clicks, and other relevant metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to develop content that supports campaigns and business goals.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn, with knowledge of other relevant platforms.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience creating social media content using tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Ability to identify trends and translate them into engaging, brand-relevant content.
- Creative mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle, AI, or technology is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with a B2B brand, SaaS company, fashion brand, or technology startup.
