About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator & Video Editor to join our marketing team in Noida. In this dual role, you will be the visual storyteller behind our brand—ideating, shooting, and editing short-form video content that hooks viewers in the first 3 seconds and drives genuine engagement across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels.

If you understand social media trends, know how to craft viral hooks, and can turn raw footage into high-retention video content, we’d love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form promotional content.
- Trend & Meme Jacking: Actively spot emerging social media formats, trending audio, viral memes, and pop-culture moments, adapting them quickly to fit brand guidelines.
- Video Editing & Motion Graphics: Add subtitles, dynamic transitions, sound effects (SFX), background scores, and basic graphic animations to maximize watch time.
- Content Ideation & Scripting: Brainstorm fresh hooks, angles, and micro-scripts tailored for consumer attention and brand growth.
- On-Camera Presence & Collaboration:



Direct internal team members or feature on-camera when necessary to execute fun, relatable office-culture and product-focused videos.
- Asset Management: Organize raw footage, B-roll libraries, project files, and sound assets for smooth handoffs and quick turnaround times.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing and social media content creation (agency or high-growth brand background is a plus).
- Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut (desktop/mobile).
- Visual Sense: Solid grasp of framing, mobile cinematography, basic 3-point lighting, and mobile/mic audio setups.
- Platform Fluency: Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms, YouTube Shorts mechanics, hook retention rates, and audience engagement drivers.
- Communication: Explicit communication skills and comfort collaborating directly with marketing leads and design teams.

Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator).
- Experience with AI creative tools for asset generation or workflow optimization.
- Prior experience in fintech, cashback, e-commerce, or D2C consumer brands.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
