Oceancore Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced SOC Physical Verification (PHYV) Lead Engineer with strong expertise in full-chip physical verification, advanced technology nodes, and SoC-level verification closure.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with physical verification tools, foundry design rules, and tape-out sign-off activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and drive full-chip physical verification activities for complex SoC designs.
- Perform and manage DRC, LVS, ERC, Antenna, LUP/ESD, and PERC checks.
- Drive physical verification closure across multiple IPs and SoC-level integration.
- Ensure compliance with foundry design rules and reliability requirements.
- Work closely with floorplanning, routing, physical design, and layout teams.
- Manage hierarchical verification strategies and waiver management.
- Support tape-out activities and verification sign-off.
- Identify, debug, and resolve physical verification issues.
- Coordinate with global engineering teams and provide technical guidance.

Required Technical Skills




- Strong expertise in Physical Verification (PHYV).
- Hands-on experience with DRC, LVS, ERC, Antenna, LUP/ESD, and PERC.
- Experience with advanced technology nodes such as N7, N5, and N3.
- Proficiency in Calibre and/or ICV tools.
- Experience with FC/ICC2 and/or Innovus.
- Solid understanding of foundry design rules and reliability checks.
- Knowledge of hierarchical verification and waiver management.
- SVRF deck coding knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Experience in full-chip physical verification and SoC integration.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in ECE, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in Physical Verification.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
