Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PCB Manufacturing Line In-Charge to oversee day-to-day production activities, manage manpower, monitor production targets and ensure quality standards across the PCB manufacturing line. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, process supervision, machine utilisation and coordination with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily PCB manufacturing line operations.

- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.

- Monitor manpower allocation, shift planning and operator performance.

- Supervise PCB manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to SOPs.

- Monitor machine utilisation, productivity and production downtime.

- Coordinate with Maintenance for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.

- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
